JJ Wine Terms and Conditions –
Please Read Before Playing

1. General Eligibility

Access to and use of the JJ Wine platform is limited to individuals who meet the following criteria at the time of registration and during every subsequent session:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited for personal use.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for another person.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor or immediate family member of a JJ Wine employee where such relationship creates a conflict of interest.

Players in Pakistan are responsible for understanding and complying with any applicable local rules that govern their personal participation in online entertainment. JJ Wine does not claim any government licence, official approval or regulatory endorsement from Pakistani authorities.

2. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on JJ Wine, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false details – including a false name, date of birth or contact information – is grounds for immediate account suspension.

• Each individual is permitted to hold one account only.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Any activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility, regardless of who performed it.
• JJ Wine is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account if you have failed to protect your login details.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.

JJ Wine reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents typically include a CNIC, passport or other government-issued ID alongside proof of the payment method used.

3. Deposits

JJ Wine accepts deposits in PKR through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other approved mobile wallets and cards. Supported methods and applicable limits are shown in the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and vary by payment method.
• Funds deposited to JJ Wine are held in a dedicated player account and are not mixed with operational funds.
• JJ Wine does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used to deposit must belong to and be in the name of the registered account holder.
• Processing times vary: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within seconds; bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution.
• JJ Wine does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. JJ Wine does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts or to methods not previously used for a deposit.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in the cashier section.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal and at any subsequent point JJ Wine considers it necessary.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes stated in the cashier. These timeframes are targets, not guaranteed processing times, and may be affected by verification requirements or technical factors.
• JJ Wine reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion or a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable unless the associated wagering requirements have been fully met.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

JJ Wine offers various bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free b ets and loyalty rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms communicated at the point of offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, device or IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before requirements are met will be removed from your account along with any associated winnings.
• JJ Wine reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• If we determine that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or through abuse of the promotion system, we reserve the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes and are not a guaranteed source of income or profit.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets, live casino wagers and game rounds on JJ Wine are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. The following general principles apply across all gaming products:

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of a technical fault that interrupts a live casino round or a sports event, JJ Wine will apply its standard void or rollback policy to affected bets. Any decision made by JJ Wine in such circumstances is final.
• Cricket betting markets – including PSL, T20 internationals and other series – follow standard match result rules. In-play odds are updated in real time and bets placed at the displayed odds are binding.
• JJ Wine reserves the right to limit or restrict the maximum stake on any market or game at its sole discretion, including for individual player accounts, without being required to provide a reason.
• Winnings from games with known return-to-player (RTP) percentages are subject to statistical variance. No outcome is guaranteed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JJ Wine. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to play games or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit live casino tables.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or miscalculated odds knowingly. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial activity unrelated to legitimate gaming entertainment.
• Using abusive, threatening or offensive language toward support staff or other players in any interactive feature of the platform.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person without their knowledge or consent.

8. Account Closure

You may request to close your JJ Wine account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is processed:

• Any pending bets or active game rounds will be settled according to their natural outcome before the account is closed.
• Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.
• Active bonuses and associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon account closure at your request.

JJ Wine also reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity or poses a risk to the platform or other players. In such cases, funds may be withheld pending investigation.

Players who have opted into self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools may have their accounts closed for an agreed period. During a self-exclusion period, the player may not create a new account or attempt to circumvent the restriction.

9. Privacy & Data

JJ Wine collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jjwine.pro/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions and communicate with you about your account activity.
• JJ Wine does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment data shared during deposits and withdrawals is handled through encrypted connections and is not stored in plain text.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, JJ Wine's liability to any player is limited to the balance held in that player's account at the time a claim arises. JJ Wine is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures or browser incompatibilities on the player's side.
• Indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind related to use of the platform.
• Disruptions to service caused by events outside our reasonable control, including network outages, force majeure events or third-party payment provider failures.
• Decisions made by players regarding their own gaming budget or session duration.

12. Changes to Terms

JJ Wine reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
• For significant changes, we may notify active players via email or an in-platform notice.
• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure and any applicable balance withdrawal.

JJ Wine aims to respond to all formal disputes within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct contact with our support team, you may escalate the matter through the formal complaints process described in your account documentation. All disputes are subject to the terms set out in this document and the decisions of JJ Wine's compliance team are final in the first instance.
